Shipping policy

 

1.Shipment Process

   Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 working days. However, for a large number of orders, the dispatch time may exceed this timeframe. We mainly use Emirates Post for shipping.  

2. Import & Customs Fees 

   Any import, customs fees, or associated costs based on the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.  

3. Shipping Area

   Currently, the checkout page does not display country options outside the UAE. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.  

4. No Date or Time Requests 

   We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates, days, and times.
